While we may register your domain for you or transfer your existing domain — you own it and are free to take it with you if you ever decide to cancel your service.

Just like your domain name, you own your website and all of its content. If you ever decide to cancel your service, you are welcome to continue hosting through FUEL Web Media or we will work with you to transfer your site elsewhere. Hosting-only pricing is based on the selected plan you are on. Please contact us for more details.
About our footer credit.
Unless this is a previously agreed to white-label project, we typically include a small link in the footer to indicate that your website was designed /built/powered by and/or maintained by FUEL Web Media. This is SOP and is integral to how we’ve built our business over the years. White-label projects where a footer credit is not listed are a very different price point than a site with a footer credit, and this project was not quoted as a white labeled project. We offer a website maintenance package.
In a nutshell, this provides you with direct access to us for an affordable monthly fee. We keep your website up to date with the latest WordPress releases & plugin updates. This also gives you up to 1 hour of additional support throughout any given month to help you update content, modify your website’s design or just be there to help with various other odds and ends you may need over time. Support hours do not rollover if unused at the end of your monthly billing cycle.

While we don’t have an exhaustive list of what’s in scope vs. out of scope for support, we will let you know ahead of time if a specific request is deemed out of scope or beyond what our monthly support is setup to handle. Click here for more details and a general list.

If it will take longer, we’ll contact you to let you know. Although if you ask our current customers, most are pleasantly surprised by how quickly we respond. Support is what we do best! If you’re considering FUEL Web Media or are a new customer, just wait! You have to experience it for yourself to understand.
Pricing, Fees & Payments
Monthly or yearly fees are automatic recurring payments.
If you are signing up for one of our website packages, our website maintenance plan or one of our stand-a-lone hosting plans, the monthly (or yearly) fee will be automatically debited from your account safely and securely through our Stripe.com merchant account or you will be invoiced 30 days in advance for your service.
Late payments past 30 days are subject to termination, and closer or termination of client account, do to many things: payment, email abuse or spam, not upgrading software or plugins, etc. Please note that if your account is not paid after 90 days, it will be suspended on 12:00 a.m. one week after the 90 days past due notice is sent, and the hosting data is only kept for 30 days after your account is suspended.
No hidden fees.
We are always honest and straightforward about our prices. We occasionally have clients that have specific functionality requirements which entails additional costs and setup fees. If/when this is ever the case, we will outline everything for you in detail via a separate invoice.
All pricing is based on a 12-month rolling agreement.
All website plans and Lifetime Support is based on a 12-month agreement from the original purchase date. If for whatever reason you need to cancel prior to the end of your first full year or are unable to continue your services for whatever reason, we do require that you pay the remaining monthly service balance for the year, based on your monthly invoice. For example, if you’ve paid for 10 months, 2 months will be due. If you need to cancel after the first year, only a single monthly payment is required to cancel service. If you need assistance transferring your site to another provider, additional rates will apply and a specific quote will be provided at that time. Once your remaining balance has been processed and if applicable, once we’ve verified your new host has received all information, your account will be canceled with no further obligation.
Monthly fees are non-refundable.
Your monthly fees go towards paying your support costs each month. This is not just the support you ask for but our behind the scenes work as well. You’ll likely never notice, but throughout the month, we are constantly logging into your site to update your WordPress installation and plugins. Failing to do so could lead to all kinds of security loopholes that can wreak major havoc on your website. Your website files and database are also backed up daily and daily snapshots are stored, to ensure that in the event something happens, we can restore your website quickly and seamlessly.
All setup fees are non-refundable.
The setup fee is designed to cover all setup costs (hosting, domain, design). We pay for these expenses upfront for 12 months. The setup fee also goes to purchase all initial design & development work that goes into creating your website. Those are our terms and conditions in a nutshell. If for business purposes you require a more legal document, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it. We’re also happy to provide you with a W9 should you require it for tax purposes. Rights to Changes
